A WOMAN who is married to a Dubai millionaire has shared the ‘worst things’ about her lifestyle.
British woman Soudi shares videos to her TikTok channel of the lavish life she leads with husband Jamal who is constantly showering her with expensive gifts and taking her out to fancy restaurants.
However, in one video, she shared that their are some downsides to her luxurious existence as a housewife.
Beginning the video @soudiofarabia said: “I would say the first and most obvious thing is the cultural differences between me and Jamal.”
Soudi explained that in Jamal’s culture women don’t usually show their face on social media.
She said: This has been something that me and Jamal compromised on since the beginning and is also something that his family has had to get used to.”
Soudi added that out of respect for her husband’s culture, she often doesn’t film videos at family events.
The second thing that Soudi finds difficult about her lifestyle is that her husband is always busy.
She said: “He’s always on the phone. There’s always an event to go to.
“I just have to keep myself busy.
“Beings a millionaire’s wife you have to understand that he won’t always have time for you.”
The housewife explained that to overcome this issue, she and Jamal make sure to always have good communication and to make sure to call each other often whilst he is away.
The third struggle Soudi expressed is that she always has to look and act a certain way.
“You never know who’s around who might recognise you”, she explained.
“Whenever we go to the mall or a restaurant me and Jamal always get recognised, either by people from social media or Jamal’s friends and family, so I always have to look 10 out of 10.”
Soudi added that another struggle that she faces is always having to be on top of the new styles of shoes and bags.
“If you don’t have the newest bag you’re a nobody”, she said.
TikTok users rushed to the comments section of the video to compare their own struggles to those of Soudi, who they didn’t have much sympathy for.
One user said: “Imagine! Here I am just worrying about fuel for the upcoming week.”
Another added: “Me stressing because the 2 minute noodles I bought for dinner were cheaper at the second shop…”.
