Dancing On Ice’s Amber Davies lands major Coronation Street role seven years after Love Island win

DANCING On Ice star Amber Davies has bagged herself a ‘leading role’ in Coronation Street, according to reports.

The West End performer, 27, is said to have landed a main part in the ITV1 soap after impressing show bosses.

Amber, who found fame in the 2017 series of Love Island, will join Corrie this summer, MailOnline has stated.

It comes after the star reportedly lost out on a role in the soap to another actress 18 months ago.

A source told the publication: “This is like a dream come true for her, Amber can’t believe it, she is so excited.”
