DYLAN KITTS has been banned from ALL British racing premises.

The jockey was suspended in July of last year after a controversial ride on Hillsin at Worcester.

But Kitts has now been banned after the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) stated he has failed to co-operate with their investigation into the race.

Punters were left furious when Kitts and the horse appeared to drift away from winning their race despite a dominant display last year – ultimately finishing third.

The odds for their success in the race had mysteriously rocketed from 2-1 to 11-1 just before the start of the race.

Kitts voluntarily stood down on July 7 when there was an announcement that a probe would be launched into his ride at Worcester.

But now after not co-operating with the investigation, he has been slapped with a nationwide ban.

The BHA said: “This order, which prohibits Mr Kitts from attending premises licensed by the BHA and/or associating with racing’s participants,

“Has been issued after Mr Kitts failed to provide relevant information requested by the BHA’s integrity team as part of an ongoing investigation.

“This investigation remains ongoing and the BHA will be making no further comment at this time.”

The ban will mean Kitts is unable to enter stables, racecourses or licensed premises.

Hillsin was banned for 40 days following the initial issues raised by the BHA in July.

Trainer Chris Honour claimed he and his family received abuse on social media and he had asked Hillsin’s owner Alan Clegg to remove his horses from his yard.

It’s not the first time that Kitts has been in the spotlight for controversial reasons either.

The jockey was previously handed a 14-day non-trier ban following a ride on Jet Of Dreams for Warren Greatrex in May of last year.
