All Elite Wrestling has reportedly suspended Sammy Guevera over an incident with WWE legend Jeff Hardy.
The 30-year-old wrestler is said to be off television for the time being in connection to a No Disqualification Match against the former world champion on AEW Rampage on February 14.
During the bout, the 46-year-old veteran suffered an injury and it’s claimed concussion protocol wasn’t followed.
As reported by Fightful Select, Guevara ended up hitting his finisher on Hardy, which should not have occurred in line with the protocol.
As it stands, there are no further details on the length of the suspension or any other information.
There is currently no timetable for Hardy’s return, and no one involved has commented publicly on the incident or the fallout.
