But despite living in luxury, Molly opened up about something she struggled with during the stay.

She said how she’d been “embarrassed” to ask the chef to make her specific meals.

After a huge hike, Molly said how the guests were offered soup, which she refused.

“Luckily I got some pasta, everyone else had chicken broth soup but if I had that I simply would not have actually made it to the car and back to our location, so I was like ‘no it has to be carbs,” she said on her vlog.

“I’m really embarrassed as well because I’m the only person here that’s really truly failed at the really healthy eating and there’s quite a few women here so that’s really saying something, but I have a serious problem.”

At the end of her trip she videoed the moment she “crumbled” and bought ice cream and crisps from a convenience store.

“Guys I crumbled, totally crumbled. I could cry, I won’t, but I could cry,” she told fans.

In the half-hour video, she admitted that she “wasn’t adult enough” for the food she was being served.

She said that the majority of meals consisted of vegetables, grains and fish, which she said she wasn’t keen on.

Feeling self-conscious, she confided with her followers: “I’m about to head down for dinner, well I say dinner but honestly that’s the one thing over the last few days I’ve really struggled with has been the food.

“Just because I really feel like this trip has really made me realise how much I eat at home, everyone else here has been absolutely fine.”

She was joined by a large group of women on the retreat, who she said she made friends with “instantly” and said how welcomed they made her feel as she was the only person there solo.

“I’ve basically had to ask for additional food for every single meal,” Molly added.

She praised the nutritionist on the retreat, who had been instructing the chef to whip up dishes like pesto pasta for Molly.

The mum-of-one joked that the other guests were very excited about having margaritas on the last evening.

“No, I don’t mean pizza,” she said, “I’m not going to benefit from that because I won’t be drinking it, if they could give me margarita pizza though, that is something I could definitely get on board with.”

After her late-night dash to the convenience store, Molly said that she’d struggled to go to the loo.

“I crumbled at the last hurdle and now I have a terrible stomach ache. Way TMI but I haven’t been to the toilet in three days now, it must be to do with this healthy eating thing,” she said.

But fans were very quick to reassure Molly that there was absolutely nothing wrong with her asking for the food she needed.

“Please don’t feel bad about amount of food!! Everyone’s body is so different and everyone needs different amounts for their body,” one wrote.

“Go Molly!! It seems like you pushed your boundaries a lot and that’s amazing  Be proud of yourself  And who cares if you need more food .. you are beautiful and enjoy your food which is a good thing when you are getting over an illness or at anytime,” said another.

A third wrote: “Ughhhh we all need carbs especially after hikes and stuff… probs didn’t go to toilet due to lack of food… we love your honesty, relatability as always.”

Pasta is healthy, carbs are healthy. You have not failed, you have succeeded in not denying your body of what it wants or needs.

She went on the trip alone, telling fans it was the first holiday she’d been on that was “just for her”.

Molly joined a group of women for the luxurious getaway, where she stayed in a three-story private suite in a “tower”.

The mum-of-one joked that the fancy bedroom was “giving Princess Fiona vibes” as she gave her followers a tour.

Molly also had her own private terrace that looked out over the mountains of Ibiza.

She said that the last few days had made her realise how much she loved the Spanish island.

The exclusive villa in the northern region of the island, Fincadelica, has just launched in Ibiza.

It has it’s own chef, saltwater pool, private peach and a tipi for holistic treatments and sets guests back £120,000 for a week stay.

Molly, 24, was put through her paces with a huge hike on the second day – where she said that she was climbing up vertical rock faces.

Sitting down for lunch in what she called “the most beautiful location”, she said: “So guys, we’ve just finished our hike and I’m going to be honest, today’s hike was so much harder than yesterday’s.

“Yesterday’s was a doddle compared to that. Honestly, it was literally vertical points like literal rock.”

She opened up about missing her daughter Bambi during her time away.

“I’ve had the nicest couple of days but I’m also so ready to get home and see Bambi because I miss her so much I’ve been on the phone to her like so many times while I’ve been here.

“Another thing I wanted to mention, this is the first trip I’ve done for me, all of the other trips that I’ve over the last year have been for work .

“This is the first trip I’ve done without Bambi or without Tommy that has been for me.”
