The retail giant has slashed the price of the Asus Chromebook CX1 to just £139, down from the usual £249.

Amazon has kicked off its Black Friday sale in style, slashing prices on plenty of top-name tech, including this deal on a popular laptop.

We spotted this offer on Amazon’s best-selling laptops list and it’ll score you the Asus Chromebook CX1 with a huge £100 saving.

It’s clear to see this deal is capturing the attention of bargain hunters, with the Chromebook currently coveting the number #2 spot on the best-sellers list.

But it’s not the only laptop we’ve seen reduced in aid of the biggest sale of the year, with Amazon reducing prices on laptops for all budgets.

If you’re looking for something that’ll serve you on the go and that won’t break the bank, the Asus Chromebook CX1 is your best bet.

It features a more than ample 14-inch Full HD display, which makes it ideal for work and play, as well as 4GB RAM and 64GB eMMC for ample storage.

Under the hood, the Chromebook is powered by a dual-core Intel processor and the Google Chrome Operating system.

But while we haven’t had the pleasure of giving this beauty a spin for ourselves, it does boast a 4.3 out of 5-star rating which proves it’s going down a storm.
